Rosters
From time to time
teams will be rostered on for the following duties. All parents are
encouraged to assist at these times.
BBQ
Saturday rosters will be organised for those teams playing on
Saturday. At the end of the day all equipment is to be washed and
cleaned (BBQ) prior to being put away. This also includes the
restocking of the fridge. Teams may be rostered more than once
during the season. This will depend on the match draws, as some
teams have more away games than they have home games.
Dressing of Fields
The team playing the first game on any of the three Strathfield Park
fields, including mini fields, is required to set the field. An
experienced club official is always available to assist the process.
Please start dressing the field no later than 8.00am.
Undressing of Fields
Again the last team playing will find this their duty for the season
where everything that was put out must be put away. Please pack the
equipment room with care. S.J.S.C has agreed to keep the playing fields
and surrounding areas free of litter. Strathfield Council has provided
bins for the Club’s convenience. All players and supporters are asked
to help S.J.S.C keep the precinct clean and tidy.

Duties for mini field U6, U7, U8, U9:
- Set up goal
posts & nets
- Mark field with
witches’ hats
Duties for U10 to All Age:
Club Officials
At least one member
will be required to act as the club official on each field for the day.
An orange vest will be available and must be worn accordingly.
Duties include:

ensuring fields have been set up

ensuring teams commence games on time
-
finding a referee for matches if no referee has
turned up

acting as club spokesperson
-
reporting any problems to the executive
